• Ensure vehicles are valeted to standards and completed on time.
• Perform regular quality checks on vehicle presentation.
• Provide training, guidance and support to team members.
• Address performance, attendance and timekeeping issues.
• Plan workloads to maintain efficient vehicle flow.
• Collaborate with workshop and prep teams daily.
• Monitor performance against daily targets and communicate progress.
• Report delays or hazards to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow safety procedures.
