Job summary

Firmdale Hotels, an international luxury group, invites applications for a Valet to join the Ham Yard Hotel housekeeping team. In this role you will support daily housekeeping operations, assist in laundry tasks, and help organise uniforms to keep our guest areas impeccably presented.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in
  the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
• Perform
  laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and pressing.
• Handle
  sewing tasks and minor garment repairs as needed.
• Organise
  and manage team members uniforms, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
• Maintain
  a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the laundry area.
• Flexibly
  respond to the needs of the department and use your initiative to solve
  problems.

What you Need:

  experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment in the housekeeping departament
• Ability
  to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong
  organisational and communication skills.

• Ability
  to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating cooperation and
  flexibility.
