Responsibilities:

• Overseethe daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
• Createand serve a diverse selection of cocktails and beverages, maintaining thehighest standards of presentation and taste.
• Train,mentor, and supervise bar team members, fostering a positive and collaborativeteam environment.
• Engagewith guests, providing personalised service and enhancing their experience.
• Manageinventory, orders, and supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked and cost-effective. Uphold all health and safety regulations and ensure the bararea is clean and organised.
