Ham Yard Hotel in London is seeking a Bartender to join our vibrant bar team, crafting cocktails, mocktails and other beverages with flair in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will greet guests, deliver inspiring service and recommendations, work with colleagues to maintain the bar’s high standards, and stay informed about current beverage trends while upholding health and safety. Prior experience is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages,including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, with precision andcreativity.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area,adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
• Engage with guests in a friendly andprofessional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuringexceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to upholdthe high standards of our bar and contribute to a positive workenvironment.
• Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in everyaspect of drink preparation and presentation.
• Stay informed about current beverage trendsand participate in training opportunities to further develop your skillsand knowledge.
