Job summary

Firmdale Hotels is seeking a passionate Waiter for The Soho Hotel in London. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences, warmly welcoming guests and presenting recommendations in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £16–£17 (inclusive of service charge), with extensive staff benefits including health plans, training, and discounts. You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain impeccable service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of service.
• Possess a high standard of food and beverage knowledge, with a passion for fine dining.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting and developing colleagues as needed.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills to interact seamlessly with guests and team members.
