National Grid is hiring a UX Designer - This position is based from our Warwick office however we offer flexible hybrid working options.
Join our dynamic team as a User Experience Designer, where you'll have the thrilling opportunity to craft intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences that not only meet business objectives but also resonate with user needs. Collaborating closely with product owners, product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment, you'll transform complex business requirements into user-friendly designs, wireframes, prototypes, and stunning high-fidelity visual assets.
Utilising cutting-edge design software, you'll bring front-end experiences to life, sketching innovative visual concepts both on paper and through digital applications. Your mission? To create products that are not just easy to use, but also intuitive and enjoyable for every end user. Embrace the challenge and make a real difference in how users interact with our products!
A competitive salary between £50,000 - £65,000 dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
