Job summary

Future Electronics seeks a User Services Representative to join the EMEA team at our Egham, Surrey office. The role involves managing user IDs, security and profiles, front-line system support, and order management, with regular reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• User ID, security and profile management.
• Front line system support on bespoke Future Electronics systems.
• Order management review and assistance.
• System mass uploads & assignments.
• Support Future processes & internal helpdesk.
• Daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Process evaluation and improvement initiatives.
• Additional projects as required.
