Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join the EMEA team at the Head Quarters in Egham, Surrey. The role involves identifying, qualifying, sourcing and interviewing candidates across the EMEA marketplace, and partnering with hiring managers to fill requisitions in a timely manner.

You will develop talent pipelines, manage job postings, and support early careers recruitment, careers fairs and HR initiatives within a global electronics supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience in either Agency or Internal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good stakeholder management
• Ability to multitask while retaining attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, source and interview candidates across all roles within the EMEA marketplace
• Partner with key stakeholders across EMEA to build networks and recruitment pipelines
• Develop talent pipelines via sourcing channels, campaigns and social media
• Manage job postings across top recruitment channels and coordinate interview processes
• Support HR in activities such as early careers recruitment and careers fairs
