Job summary

Future Electronics is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join the EMEA team at our Head Quarters in Egham, Surrey. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, sourcing and interviewing candidates across all roles within our EMEA marketplace, partnering with stakeholders to build talent pipelines and drive growth.

You will develop recruitment campaigns, manage job postings, and contribute to campus and early careers initiatives while reporting to the EMEA Recruitment Manager and supporting the HR

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruitment experience in agency or internal recruitment.
• Demonstrated year-on-year placement success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, source and interview candidates for all roles within the EMEA marketplace.
• Develop and execute recruitment campaigns across multiple channels including job boards and social media.
• Liaise with hiring managers to fill requisitions in a timely manner.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, events and campus recruitment.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates' knowledge, skills and aptitudes.
• Post vacancies on top performing recruitment channels and track performance.
• Gather market intelligence on talent landscapes across geographic locations.
• Take on additional roles and duties as defined by management.
