Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an efficient administration assistant to support our user insights and experience design team. You will help manage patient feedback systems, including the NHS Friends and Family Test, and ensure data is collected from across all locations to improve patient experience.

You will provide essential admin support, greet patients and staff, and help ensure timely reporting and responsive service.

Formación

• GCSE level including English & Maths or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
• Experience working with the public in a customer orientated environment.
• Previous experience of working in Healthcare Environment.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with participating wards/departments that collect patient experience data and map data to areas accurately.
• Visit wards/departments regularly to resolve simple technical issues and upload data as required.
• Enter paper surveys onto the patient feedback database system.
• Ensure data is accurately entered and reported within set deadlines.
• Monthly auditing of paper surveys.
