Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a proactive administration assistant to support the user insights and experience design team in managing patient feedback processes, including the Friends and Family Test.

You will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations, improve data handling across locations, and help patients provide feedback. A strong communicator will thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Competenze

• Experience supporting user feedback systems and related processes.

Mansioni

• To liaise with participating wards/departments who collect patient experience data and ensure that the data collected in each area is correctly mapped to the area.
• To visit wards and departments on a regular basis to resolve simple technical issues and upload data as required.
• To enter paper surveys onto the patient feedback database system.
• To ensure that all data is accurately entered and accounted for within definitive timescales to meet required reporting deadlines.
• To check and audit paper surveys on a monthly basis.
• To greet patients/clients and visitors in a polite and respectful manner that promotes their sense of dignity at all times.
• To provide staff with a helpful and courteous support service and aim to resolve the problems in a timely manner.
• To have active input in the review of work instructions/protocols for the department.
• Provide cover for colleagues as appropriate.
• Comply with written standard operating procedures and work practices.
