Job summary

Mon Motors Group, including Bristol Skoda, SEAT & CUPRA, seeks a driven Used Car Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of the used car operation. You will own stock, marketing, presentation and pricing to maximise sales and profitability while maintaining top customer service.

You will manage a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, using performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvements, with a focus on ageing stock and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the used-car market.
• Experience managing and developing a team of salespeople.
• Ability to analyse performance data and identify action points.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the used vehicle stock and ensure it is marketed and presented to a high standard.
• Maximise used vehicle sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
