Pembrook Resourcing LTD is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager in Exeter to lead a busy used car operation across multiple franchises. You will manage a 60–90 car stock, drive profitability and own the end-to-end process from stock acquisition to pricing and presentation.

The role demands strong used car sales experience, leadership, and a hands-on approach to achieve growth and meet dealership KPIs. Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week.

Qualificações

• Strong previous used car sales experience required.
• Experience supervising a used car sales operation preferred.
• Solid understanding of stock management, pricing and profitability.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team.
• Knowledge of dealership KPIs and sales processes.
• Hands-on, commercially focused with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the used car sales team, setting expectations and driving performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of a 60–90 car used vehicle department.
• Monitor sales, profit, stock turn and KPIs.
• Manage pricing, preparation and presentation to maximise sales.
• Ensure stock moves efficiently through the business.
• Coach the team to improve performance and conversion.
