Halian, part of the NES Fircroft Group, seeks a Recruitment Consultant for the US market. You will manage full lifecycle recruitment, develop new business, and build strong client relationships while partnering with US-based clients and candidates in a high-performing environment.

You will train across high-growth tech markets (Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Software Eng, Data, AI) and own your market with autonomy and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• US market experience recruiting into the US market is essential.
• 360 recruitment lifecycle management including BD, client management, candidate sourcing and placements.
• Strong ability to generate opportunities, win new business and build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: manage full lifecycle for US market.
• Business Development: outbound activity, networking, referrals, client meetings, LinkedIn, market mapping.
• Client Relationship Management: build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Candidate Sourcing: headhunting, networking, referrals, database searches.
• Candidate Assessment: detailed interviews for fit and motivation.
• Pipeline Development: build talent pools across markets.
• Desk Ownership: develop own market with autonomy.
• Technology Market Training: Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Software Eng., Data, AI.
• Candidate Care: engaging, interview prep, ongoing support.
• Commercial Negotiation: negotiate rates, salaries, terms.
• Collaboration: cross-functional support.
• Performance Focus: meet activity, placement, revenue targets.
