Job summary

SPG Resourcing is expanding its Manchester office and US Deep Technology division from the ground up. We’re seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with 6 months - 2 years’ experience who can get in early, build their own market and grow alongside the division.

You’ll work alongside the Divisional Director, focusing on AI, Machine Learning, Deep Tech and adjacent markets across the US, building your own book and helping the business scale as we grow.

Qualifications

• 6 months - 2 years recruitment experience.
• Exposure to the US technology market, AI, ML, Deep Tech or adjacent specialist markets.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and eager to build rather than inherit.

Responsibilities

• Help build the Manchester office and division from the ground up.
• Develop your own market and grow alongside the division.
• Work closely with the Divisional Director to scale the US-focused tech recruitment offering.
