Qualifications

Recruitment leadership experience in agency environments.
360 recruitment expertise in BD, client management, sourcing.
US market knowledge via direct recruitment experience.
Tech recruitment sector experience highly desirable.
Commercial acumen with revenue targets.
People leadership and coaching capability.
Strategic thinking and market opportunity identification.
Strong relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
Results-focused, resilient, growth-minded.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a team of recruitment consultants.
Drive revenue growth through personal billing activity and new client acquisition.
Own key client accounts and end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent hiring.
Build strategic relationships with hiring managers and leaders.
Forecast revenue, monitor KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
Ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth objectives.
Promote brand and market presence in the US.
