Halian, part of the NES Fircroft Group, is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead the US technology contract market from our Reading office. You will own a high-growth desk, handle full lifecycle contract recruitment, and partner with US-based clients and contractors across Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Data, and AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of recruitment agency experience with contract recruitment.
• Experience recruiting into the US technology market or strong understanding of US recruitment environments.
• Proven ability to manage business development, client relationships, delivery and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle across contract hiring requirements within the US technology market.
• Identify, win, and develop new client opportunities across the US technology landscape.
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders.
• Source, attract, and engage technology contractors across Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Data and AI.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and manage offers, onboarding, and post-placement support.
