Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within permanent recruitment, technology recruitment, or related professional services sector.
• Confidence in generating new business opportunities and developing long-term client relationships.
• A genuine interest in technology and the ability to understand evolving skills and hiring trends.
• Proven ability to establish credibility and develop strong partnerships with clients and candidates.
• Understanding of recruitment KPIs, market dynamics, and revenue generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to develop a successful long-term career within a global recruitment business.

Responsibilities

• Permanent Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent technology vacancies, from initial brief through to successful placement.
• Technology Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract high-calibre professionals across software development, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, and digital transformation markets.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct detailed interviews to evaluate technical capability, cultural fit, and long-term suitability for client requirements.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong talent networks through proactive sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and relationship management.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted partnerships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor on hiring needs and market trends.
• Business Development: Generate new opportunities through networking, client meetings, referrals, market intelligence, and targeted outreach activities.
• Candidate Care: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing regular communication, interview preparation, and career guidance.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure recruitment activities meet company standards, employment legislation, and client expectations throughout the hiring process.
