Job summary

AT Talent - Rec2Rec is seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join its Manchester team, focusing initially on AI & Data Infrastructure with a strong US market element. You will inherit a warm platform including existing vacancies, candidate networks and client relationships, while building ownership of the desk and BD efforts.

You will manage the full 360 process, develop new client relationships, and work closely with the founder to shape the desk's growth and potential leadership track.

Qualifications

• 18 months+ recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a specialist recruitment desk across AI, Data & Cloud Infrastructure.
• Work predominantly with US-based technology businesses.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from BD to delivery and placement.
• Develop new client relationships through outbound activity and market engagement.
• Build relationships with senior hiring managers and founders.
• Manage existing vacancies and warm client relationships.
• Build specialist candidate networks within your market.
• Run candidate processes from initial approach through to offer and placement.
• Develop a reputation and network within a highly specialist technology market.
• Collaborate with founder and other consultants to grow the market.
• Help shape processes, strategy and future direction of the desk.
