PB Select is seeking a Senior / Principal Technology Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Leeds City Centre. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop the US market for a well-established recruitment business that has a strong track record in technology.

With a competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000 plus a 30% commission and profit-based bonuses, this role provides genuine ownership of the US recruitment market with direct access to experienced founders.

Successful candidates will have proven recruitment experience and the ability to build specialist desks while enjoying a hybrid working model.

Leeds City Centre | Hybrid (2 days per week)

£45,000 to £55,000 basic | 30% commission with no threshold | Profit-based bonus

US tech recruitment fees are bigger.

You earn from your first placement.

And nobody has built this market yet.

A profitable, founder‑led technology recruitment business is looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to spearhead its expansion into the US.

This is not a support role on someone else’s desk.

It is the opportunity to build the US market for an established UK business with the infrastructure, reputation and leadership already in place.

The business turns over £5m+ and has a strong track record across software engineering, cloud, data and digital.
