Halian, part of the NES Fircroft Group, is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for contract technology roles based in Reading. You will build client partnerships, attract top tech contractors, and deliver recruitment solutions within a globally recognised workforce solutions business.

You’ll operate in a collaborative, high-performance environment with autonomy to grow your desk and leverage the group’s resources, training, and international reach.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in agency or contract tech recruitment.
• Ability to generate new opportunities and grow accounts.
• Interest in technology trends and markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract technology recruitment lifecycle from qualification to placement.
• Source, engage and attract top technology professionals across software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation markets.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates against technical requirements, culture fit, and client expectations.
• Build and maintain talent pools through networking, market mapping, and relationship building.
• Develop trusted partnerships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Generate new opportunities through market intelligence, referrals, networking events, and strategic outreach.
