Rightio is seeking a Reactive Works Planner in Oldbury to coordinate urgent repairs across our nationwide network of engineers. You’ll plan, prioritise and schedule engineers to resolve customers’ issues quickly, keeping homes safe and service reliable.

• Create and maintain schedules for reactive repair work.

• Allocate engineers and resources to ensure the right person is in the right place.
• Communicate progress and updates with customers and engineers.
• Solve problems on the spot to keep jobs on track.
• Monitor resources, tools and materials to avoid delays.
• Implement contingency plans when the unexpected happens.
