Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Helpdesk Planner/Scheduler based in Warrington to coordinate responsive repairs across a social housing framework. You will input repair requests, manage diaries and dashboards, and schedule trades to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have strong planning and IT skills, plus excellent communication. The role is office-based in Warrington with a standard 40-hour week and DBS clearance required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced planning/scheduling environment.
• Strong communication and IT skills required.
• Role requires a DBS check to be taken.

Responsibilities

• Input responsive repair requests onto the company database (Oneserve) and update notes.
• Liaise with Clients, Managers and Operatives in a timely manner.
• Keep a diary of requested/allocated work and monitor dashboards to reschedule as needed.
• Schedule work onto PDAs or subcontractors with correct job lengths and timescales.
• Chase material orders and update the client on progress.
• Monitor and reschedule repairs to meet targets and communicate with clients.
