Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, providing support, reassurance and guidance.
• Carry out patient safety calls to those awaiting clinician callbacks, monitor wellbeing and identify symptom changes for escalation.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to help patients access healthcare services and support their care journey.
