Job summary

You will guide underwriting service solutions across commercial lines and ensure underwriters have the information they need to focus on risk selection and sound underwriting decisions.

This role emphasizes supporting customer journeys, managing broker and underwriter expectations, and handling calls, emails and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service role preferred.
• Familiarity with underwriting processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting service solutions across commercial lines.
• Deliver efficient information to underwriters to support risk selection and underwriting decisions.
• Manage brokers' and underwriters' expectations to facilitate business.
