Intact Insurance, the new name for RSA in the UK, is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support the FarmWeb Underwriting team in Gloucester on a hybrid basis. You’ll help guide underwriting service solutions and manage broker and underwriter expectations to streamline customer interactions.

We welcome both experienced customer service professionals and school leavers. You’ll need strong MS Office skills and excellent communication, with opportunities for growth, flexibility, and a supportive

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service role or willing to start a career in insurance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Awareness of underwriting or agricultural business is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide underwriting service solutions for commercial lines.
• Provide efficient information for underwriters to support risk selection.
• Manage broker and underwriter expectations to ease doing business.
• Handle calls, emails, and admin tasks including reporting and claims follow ups.
