Intact Insurance in Gloucester is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support the FarmWeb Underwriting team on a hybrid basis. You will guide underwriting service solutions across our commercial lines and help underwriters gather information to support risk selection.

We value clear communicators with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and Excel. Underlying exposure to underwriting or agricultural business is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, or recent school leaver seeking a career with a major insurer.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exposure to underwriting or agricultural business is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support customer journeys by guiding underwriting service solutions across our commercial lines.
• Deliver efficient and effective solutions for underwriters to focus on risk selection.
• Manage broker and underwriter expectations to make it easier for customers to do business with us.
• Handle calls, emails and administrative duties for a variety of office tasks such as reporting, claims follow ups and more
