Job summary

Intact Insurance in Gloucester is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to support the FarmWeb Underwriting team in a hybrid role. You will handle calls, emails and admin duties while guiding underwriting service solutions across commercial lines.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office and Excel, and strong communication skills. Experience in underwriting or agricultural business is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Guide underwriting service solutions across commercial lines
• Provide efficient information so underwriters can focus on risk selection
• Interact with Brokers and Underwriters to streamline processes
• Carry out calls, emails and administrative duties including reporting and follow-ups
