Job summary

Intact Insurance in Gloucester is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to support the FarmWeb Underwriting team in a hybrid role. You will handle calls, emails and admin duties while guiding underwriting service solutions across commercial lines.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office and Excel, and strong communication skills. Experience in underwriting or agricultural business is a plus but not essential.

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join Intact Insurance inGloucester. This opportunity will support the FarmWeb Underwriting team in a hybridbasis.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting customer journeys by guiding underwriting service solutions acrossour commercial lines.
• Deliver efficient and effective solutions to ensure underwriters have all the information required to focus on risk selection and good underwriting choices.
• Manage Brokers and Underwriters expectations, making it easier for customers to do business with us.
• Handle calls, emails and administrative duties for a variety of office tasks such as reporting, claims follow ups and more

Your skills and experience:

• Prior experience in a customer service role or a recent school leaver interested ingrowing a career with a major insurance provider.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Prior exposure or knowledge of underwriting and/or agricultural business is desirable but not essential.
