Job summary

Intact Insurance, formerly RSA, invites you to join Gloucester on a hybrid basis within the FarmWeb Underwriting team. You will guide underwriting service solutions across commercial lines and ensure underwriters have the information they need to focus on risk selection and sound underwriting decisions.

This role emphasizes supporting customer journeys, managing broker and underwriter expectations, and handling calls, emails and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service role preferred.
• Familiarity with underwriting processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting service solutions across commercial lines.
• Deliver efficient information to underwriters to support risk selection and underwriting decisions.
• Manage brokers' and underwriters' expectations to facilitate business.

• our commercial lines.
• Deliver efficient and effective solutions to ensure underwriters have all the
• information required to focus on risk selection and good underwriting choices.
• Manage Brokers and Underwriters expectations, making it easier for customers
• to do business with us.
• Handle calls, emails and administrative duties for a variety of office tasks such as
• reporting, claims follow ups and more
• Prior experience in a customer service role or a recent school leaver interested in
• growing a career with a major insurance provider.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• A sharp eye for detail.
• Prior exposure or knowledge of underwriting and/or agricultural business is
• desirable but not essential.
