Job summary

deskbird is hiring a Business Development Representative for the UK/IR market in London. This hybrid, full-time role centers on building a robust pipeline and expanding into the UK and Irish markets, collaborating with Demand Generation and Sales to create value.

You will execute outbound strategies, target high-value accounts, and work with Account Executives to win deals. You will test messaging and channels to improve performance in a fast-moving, founder-led SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated and fast learner.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Native British English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound strategies across the UKI market (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Identify and break into high-value accounts with tailored messaging.
• Create pipeline that converts, not just volume that looks good on dashboards.
• Partner with AEs on account strategy to win deals, not just pass leads.
• Experiment with messaging, channels and approaches to improve performance.
• Help shape outbound processes as the company scales.
