deskbird is hiring a Business Development Representative for the UK/IR market in London. This hybrid, full-time role centers on building a robust pipeline and expanding into the UK and Irish markets, collaborating with Demand Generation and Sales to create value.
You will execute outbound strategies, target high-value accounts, and work with Account Executives to win deals. You will test messaging and channels to improve performance in a fast-moving, founder-led SaaS environment.
Hybrid - London
Full-time
Atdeskbird, you’re not joining a volume-driven outbound machine, you’re stepping into a company where your impact is visible from day one, your progression is tied to performance (not tenure), and your work directly shapes how we scale across Europe. You’ll be at the heart of our expansion strategy into the UK and Irish market, partnering closely with Demand Generation and Sales to build pipeline, shape regional growth initiatives, and directly influence our success in the market. We’re a leading workplace management platform, backed by$23M Series B funding and trusted by global brands. But what makes us different is how we operate: founder-led, fast-moving, and deeply focused on building a high-performance culture without the corporate politics. If you’re looking for a role where you can accelerate, not just “gain experience”, this is it. This is a hybrid role based out of our London hub.
One year of previous sales experience would be ideal. However, we care far more about how you think and operate than how many years you’ve done the job.
At deskbird, we empower companies worldwide to navigate the complexities of hybrid work. Our people-centric software enables employees to easily coordinate office schedules, book desks, and collaborate more effectively. For admins, we provide powerful insights and analytics to optimise office operations. As one of the fastest-growing SaaS startups, we are a team of diverse talent from 22 nationalities, with vibrant hubs in Berlin, Munich, Barcelona, Paris, Pfäffikon, Bucharest, Belgrade, Sofia, and Skopje. We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognising that diverse perspectives and backgrounds enrich our teams and strengthen our organisation. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, colour, place of birth, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, military service status, or disability status.
