A global commercial real estate services firm seeks a UKG People Platform Lead in London. The role involves overseeing Time and Attendance system enhancements, capturing stakeholder requirements, and ensuring system documentation. Candidates must possess hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This position supports a hybrid working model and connects closely with various operational teams to enhance employee experiences across processes.

Duration: 1 year FTC
The Platform Lead will be responsible for capturing requirements from business stakeholders, building/updating the right documentation for the process and product, working closely with technology partners to build the new enhancements or support break‑fixes, testing and supporting user training. The role reports to the Global Tower Lead, Time, and partners strongly with the Regional People Operations, People Centres of Excellence (COE) and Enterprise Platform teams, including Digital & Technology and Finance Processes.
The role is responsible for partnering and delivering items on the functional product roadmap and improvement projects across all processes within their Tower. People processes are interrelated, and this role will collaborate with other People Process Towers and People Business Partners, identifying process gaps and opportunities to simplify and enhance employee experiences.
The role will focus on the following products: Workforce Dimensions, PeopleSoft, and related integrations. The processes in scope for this tower include all employee time and absence related transactions.
