Job summary

Novee Security is hiring the first Technical Account Manager for the UK region. You will own the technical post-sales lifecycle, including onboarding, deployment, integrations, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation to ensure customers successfully operate the platform in their environments.

You will collaborate with the Head of Customer Success, other TAMs, and cross-functional teams to support and scale our growing customer base across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical background and ability to understand complex systems and integrations.
• Experience owning technical customer engagements end-to-end.
• Experience with B2B customers and post-sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical success of deployments end-to-end.
• Lead onboarding, integrations, and deployment in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
• Translate technical findings into clear business insights for customers.
• Act as main technical contact and build trusted relationships with customers.
• Support expansion and renewal efforts through strong technical execution.
