AtScale is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead post‑sales technical efforts for our enterprise customers. You will own production health, oversee deployments, and guide migrations from legacy systems while aligning semantic layer design with platform strategy.

You will drive adoption of new capabilities, influence the product roadmap with field insights, and work in a flexible, remote‑friendly environment that supports East Coast hours.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Solutions Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours.
