About the Role

We are recruiting a UK Resident Director Nominee to assist with opening a UK bank account and maintaining corporate compliance. This part‑time, non‑operational role requires minimal engagement. Expect 1–2 hours for initial setup in the first month, followed by occasional tasks—sometimes just minutes or no work at all. Post‑bank account setup, the role becomes a passive, long‑term commitment.
