Lexerus is building AI-powered loss prevention for UK supermarkets and retailers. We are seeking our first dedicated SDR to own outbound efforts across 300,000+ UK retail premises, from independents to regional groups.

You’ll craft compelling outreach, qualify interest, and drive demos to pilots. This is a build-it role—write the playbook, test segments, and report back to product with frontline feedback.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in outbound sales or business development in SaaS or retail.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, including in-person visits.
• Clear, concise written communication.
• Organised, self-directed, with initiative to build processes.
• Resilient and curious about buyer objections.

Responsabilités

• Own outbound prospecting to independent retailers, convenience chains, and mid-market groups.
• Build and test outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person when needed.
• Qualify inbound interest and route qualified demos quickly.
• Run first conversations and demos, handing over pilots.
• Keep CRM accurate and report on conversion metrics.
• Relay customer objections to product for feedback.
