Job summary

NinjaOne is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth in large, complex UK IT accounts, working remotely. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, interact with senior stakeholders, and align NinjaOne's platform to client strategic objectives.

You will build a strong pipeline, forecast opportunities in Salesforce, and collaborate cross-functionally to progress deals and provide market insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience with full sales-cycle ownership.
• Experience selling IT Operations software or similar solutions is preferred.
• Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full sales cycles, from prospecting to deal close.
• Build and maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline against territory/quota targets.
• Identify key decision-makers and navigate procurement processes within large IT organizations.
• Conduct territory planning to prioritize and sequence account engagement.
• Act as a trusted advisor, mapping NinjaOne's solutions to client needs.
