Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, EMEA Channel, to lead the pre-sales technical experience with partners and customers across the UK. This role shapes how we win complex deployments, designs architectures, and crafts repeatable processes for scalable success.

You will own demonstrations, align with Account Executives, contribute to playbooks and roadmaps, and travel ~50% to engage in strategic meetings and events across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales engineering or solutions architecture for enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of IT operations, RMM, endpoint management, ITSM-adjacent platforms.
• Experience building scalable playbooks, demos, and technical assets.
• Strong executive communication tailored to admins, architects, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own full pre-sales technical experience for Enterprise Partners and customers.
• Design architectures, run demos, and support RFP/RFI responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Success teams to drive time-to-value.
• Develop reusable assets, lab environments, and scripts for scalable AE-to-SE model.
• Represent NinjaOne at enterprise events and customer forums.
