Maxwell Bond partners with a rapidly growing cybersecurity vendor to recruit a Regional Enterprise Sales Manager for the UK market. This hands-on, enterprise-focused role targets major banks and financial institutions with high-value, multi‑million deals.

The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging an established banking network and collaborating with SDRs and partners to win enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity or complex tech solutions.
• Established network within banking/financial services.
• Track record closing enterprise deals worth $250k+.
• Experience managing lengthy sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Sell cybersecurity and identity solutions to banks and financial institutions.
• Manage multi‑stakeholder cycles with deals $250k+.
• Generate new business through an established banking network.
• Collaborate with SDRs, Channel Partners and Solutions Consultants.
