Maxwell Bond is partnering with a cybersecurity vendor to recruit a Regional Enterprise Sales Manager for the UK, remote. The role focuses on closing high-value enterprise SaaS/cybersecurity deals with banks and financial institutions across the UK.

This hands-on AE position requires leveraging an established network, navigating multi-stakeholder cycles, and driving growth with autonomy and a global team backing you.

Qualifications

• A proven enterprise salesperson with experience selling SaaS, cybersecurity or complex technology solutions.
• An established network within banking and financial services.
• A track record of personally closing enterprise deals worth $250k+.
• Experience navigating lengthy, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and complex procurement processes.
• A natural new-business hunter who thrives on winning deals and developing relationships.
• Ideally experience working vendor-side, although relevant enterprise technology backgrounds will be considered.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities would be advantageous, particularly Spanish, given the company's international presence and office in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the UK market, identifying, developing and closing enterprise opportunities.
• Sell innovative cybersecurity and digital identity solutions into major banks and financial institutions.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, with typical deal values of $250k-$750k+.
• Leverage your existing network to open doors with senior decision-makers.
• Work alongside SDRs, Channel Partners and Solutions Consultants to build pipeline and win business.
• Play a key role in expanding the company's footprint across the UK.
