Corpay in Knaresborough, UK, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop our UK corporate cards sales team within Corpay Complete. You will coach BDMs, manage your own pipeline, and drive revenue growth, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product to optimize the sales process.

You will report to the Head of Sales and play a key role in building a high-performing UK sales function, delivering against ambitious targets while fostering a strong sales culture.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of B2B payments or commercial card experience.
• Experience coaching sales professionals in a player-manager role.
• Proven success selling payments solutions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Business Development Managers.
• Owning and delivering against your own new business and revenue targets.
• Hands-on prospecting, client engagement and closing opportunities.
• Driving sales performance through regular coaching, pipeline reviews and performance management.
• Building and embedding effective sales processes, methodologies and best practices.
