Corpay is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for its London cross-border FX division. You will identify, cultivate, and secure high‑value B2B opportunities, focusing on corporate clients and strategic partnerships.

This role reports to the Sales Director and collaborates with the wider cross-border FX team. You will own complex sales processes, mentor junior sellers, and contribute to shaping Corpay’s market approach in Corporate FX.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within Banking, Fintech or FX Brokerages.
• Experience selling FX Forwards.
• Proven sales and analytical skills for successful business generation.
• Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and build rapport.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex, high‑value sales pursuits with discovery, solution shaping, and negotiation.
• Build deep, strategic relationships with C‑suite and senior stakeholders to drive multi‑year opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations to architect customised solutions.
• Serve as the field expert for competitive positioning, structuring, and deal risk mitigation.
• Maintain rigorous CRM discipline for accurate forecasting and progression of opportunities.
• Mentor junior field sellers in best‑in‑class selling strategies.
