Job summary

KPay Group in the UK is seeking a hands-on Product Associate to lead our UK product expansion and own the roadmap from discovery through launch. You will work closely with merchants, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and our global Product team to translate UK insights into market-ready features, locally tailored for UK SMEs and payments ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Product Management experience with online/offline payments or POS systems.
• Genuine interest in fintech, payments, and bringing features to market.
• Ability to work across engineering, sales, operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK product roadmap from discovery to launch.
• Identify real merchant pain points via conversations, sales feedback, and research.
• Drive new products and features from concept to market launch.
• Localize the product for UK-specific needs (payments methods, language, workflows).
• Translate requirements into clear specs and user stories with engineering/design teams.
• Plan QA/UAT, coordinate go-to-market and rollout, monitor adoption.
• Partner with Compliance/Legal to meet UK regulations (FCA, PSD2, Open Banking).
• Analyse product usage data and merchant feedback for continuous improvement.
• Represent the UK market voice within KPay's global product org.
