Job summary

Toyota Financial Services UK is seeking an experienced Senior Technology/IT leader to run the UK-focused IT functions within BTS, including Governance, Projects/Change Delivery and Operations. The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a track record in financial services technology delivery.

You will oversee budgets, resources and vendor relationships, drive continuous improvement (TWoW) and ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR and ISO27001 across the Domestic Business

Qualifications

• Prince2 or similar (Desirable)
• ITIL qualification (Desirable)
• Experience in Service Desk/Infrastructure/Project Delivery (Desirable)
• SOX, GDPR, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials (Desirable)
• Financial management (budgets & cost control) (Desirable)
• Information Security / Cyber Security (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Lead BTS for Domestic Business in collaboration with Head of BTS & InfoSec.
• Oversee governance, portfolio/projects/change management, applications/service delivery & operations.
• Manage BTS resources (people, finances, assets & vendors).
• Develop relationships with internal customers and external partners.
• Promote continuous improvement across BTS (TWoW).
• Ensure audit remediation actions are addressed effectively and on time.
