Toyota Financial Services (UK) PLC is seeking a Programme Lead to steer multi‑year transformation across the UK arm, aligning delivery with business strategy. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage day‑to‑day delivery, and ensure governance, risk and regulatory compliances are embedded.

The role requires a proven track record of delivering complex programmes in a regulated environment, strong stakeholder communication, and a collaborative leadership style to foster high‑performing teams

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large programmes in regulated environments.
• Proven track record with complex transformation programmes.
• Experience implementing culture change programmes.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Proven ability to build high‑performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Established a PMO with budgeting and reporting capabilities.
• Financial Services and/or Motor Finance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of programme governance, risk, change control and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Define & implement Programme Strategies aligned to the Business Strategy.
• Develop the overall Programme Approach and scope.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver multi‑year transformation across the organisation.
• Drive day‑to‑day delivery with clear leadership and delivery discipline.
• Ensure adherence to internal/external controls including InfoSec and regulatory requirements.
