Job summary

Toyota Financial Services seeks an IT Finance & Projects Specialist to oversee governance, budgeting and administration across Procurement, Financials and Projects for the IT Department. The role blends technical IT knowledge with financial analysis and project coordination to support IT initiatives.

Key duties include managing service catalogs, cost allocations, supplier relationships and approvals per policy, while collaborating with the BTS team across governance, change and delivery

Qualifications

• Strong IT background with finance awareness.
• Budget/financial management knowledge including Opex & Capex.
• Proficient with Excel and reporting.
• Experience in Licence Management and Supplier Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT procurement, financial and project governance are structured and controlled.
• Produce quarterly recharge invoices covering BAU services, projects and pass-through costs.
• Manage timesheet templates for projects, services and staff and policy adherence.
• Lead monthly IT budget reviews and support the annual budgeting process.
• Prepare IT accruals and year-end fixed assets.
• Approve invoices, purchase orders and coding; liaise with auditors.
