Toyota Financial Services (TFS) UK is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager for a two-year fixed-term contract. You will lead the UK Change Portfolio within BTS, own enterprise-wide governance, and manage the PMO and a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.

You will develop and maintain portfolio frameworks, deliver executive dashboards, and report to UK and Europe stakeholders. A strong track record in portfolio management, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement is

Qualifications

• Proven ability to establish and lead a Portfolio Management Office.
• Experience delivering multiple projects and programs across business, application and infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting to executive levels.
• Excellent governance, financial management and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the enterprise-wide UK Change Portfolio.
• Provide portfolio reporting to UK and EAR stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve portfolio management frameworks and procedures.
• Lead Project Managers and Business Analysts; develop capability Roadmaps.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO processes across TFS UK.
