Job summary

Toyota Financial Services (TFS) UK is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager for a two-year fixed-term contract within the BTS department. You will own the enterprise-wide Change Portfolio for TFS UK, ensure governance and reporting, and lead the PMO by guiding Project Managers and Business Analysts.

You will align with TFS Europe requirements, manage interdependencies, and drive continuous improvement of portfolio frameworks and delivery standards across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and guide a Project Management Office.
• Experience delivering Application Projects, Infrastructure Projects and managing multiple projects.
• Experience in multiple Project Management disciplines.
• Executive stakeholder management and reporting.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the enterprise-wide TFS UK Change Portfolio including business-led and technology-led initiatives.
• Provide portfolio reporting to TFS UK and TFS Europe (EAR) stakeholders.
• Maintain governance within approved portfolio management tooling and processes.
• Manage a number of change initiatives from initiation through to operational/service transition.
• Lead, manage and motivate the Project Managers and Business Analysts; plan and allocate workload.
