Job summary

Toyota Financial Services in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Finance & Projects Specialist to join the BTS department. The role blends IT expertise with finance, procurement governance and project coordination to drive successful IT initiatives.

You will own procurement, financial governance and project reporting, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to cost control through budgets, accruals and asset management.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT governance, procurement and project reporting.
• Finance literate with knowledge of Opex & Capex.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate supplier relationships and audits.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT procurement governance and project delivery.
• Oversee purchase orders, invoicing and cost centre allocations.
• Produce quarterly IT service cost analysis and recharge invoices.
• Maintain project timesheets and adherence to policies.
• Develop and maintain IT budget and asset records.
• Approve invoices and liaise with auditors.
• Manage supplier relationships and approvals.
